| With the network-plant separation in electric system and development of marketization, the hierarchical management of thermal power plant has been more strengthened and fractionized. The existing management model cannot meet the demand of modern management. In recent years, the rapid development of computer, database and network technology has made it possible to develop the efficient fuel management information system in thermal power plants by using B/S Model. Under the support of large database system, the fuel information management system of power plant based on the B/S Model can realize the rapid and accurate information collection, optimalize and support the policies to increase the economic benefits.The developed goal of the project is to build a complete and scientific fuel management information system for the Changzhou Yangzi Power Generation Co. Limited. The system is divided more clearly into four parts, system maintenance, production management; operating management and data interface by means of combining the prototyping method with the Object-oriented method. In the system, all parts employs three-level structure based on the B/S Model, cuts down the costs, strengthens the safety of the system, improve the response rate of the system. The platform of system development chooses Windows 2000 Advanced Server, and ISS, with which is bound to the Windows 2000 Advanced Server, to extend web server, uses DB2 UDB 5.2 to support the database server. The system chooses ASP as the language environment of network software development and adequately gives the rein to the advantages of ASP:the low starting cost, the sound compatibility, the strong safety.System testing and industrial experimental results show that the efficient fuel management information system in thermal power plants finishes automatic control and information management from the coal process of importing, discharging, assaying, piling up, blending coal, assistant policies of mixing coal, checking up of coal entered stove, computing coal cost rate and analyzing cost to settling finance business and all kinds of links. The system makes production statistics transferred rapidly and accurately, has all departments communicate harmoniously, meets corresponding statistics targets of coal from all levels of managers to refer to and count, raises the force of decision-making of production management, and reduces the production costs.The fuel management information system realizes the computer management on the complete process of burning coal in thermal power plants, improves working efficiency, and builds a good foundation in order to realize networking and intellectualization of management gradually. |
