This paper first discusses the status of the current management system of the powerplant. Then it analyzes many inadequacies according to this status, based on which itdiscusses the improvement of these defects and present how to solve it specifically.Firstly, system design adopts recently popular RFID technology which is able tomanage fuel vehicles and then weigh them by the automatic weighing technology usingthe C/S model in order to make the system more reliable. Before Weighed the fuel inthe vehicle needs to be sampled. The qualified sample will be weighed. Secondly, itadopts the design of B/S frame combined with the advantages of the Internet tofacilitate user management and operations. The system generally includes RFID cardmanagement, random sampling management, automatic weighing management,condition of management, statement management, coal yard inventory management,video management, and system management. In this paper, it transmits data collectionto the client using wireless transmission in the form of the RFID card. It is transmittedto the server through the serial port coming into the database to process and preserve theinformation to facilitate the management and maintenance. The technology combinedRFID and database is a major trend of the database today. At the same time, it uses thecombining technology of C/S and B/S model and manages by mature oracle databasemanagement system to ensure the reliability and security of the database. Finally, itsperformance and functionality are tested on the basis of system implementation toprovide the services in place for the power plant.
