At present, computer network technology is the rapid development, which for the primary and secondary education provides a new model, based on the development of educational websites provides a good opportunity. Since 1997, educational and administrative departments, educational and research institutions as well as some enterprises have established their own Web site, and many schools have begun to build their own campus network, a number of individual educational web sites mushroomed rapidly increased. Although the basic educational websites in China's vigorous development, but it seems still can not meet the needs of users. To solve this problem plagued the education Web site users, this paper selected a number of representative sites for basic education, from the site character set columns, resources, content and other aspects of the detailed analysis, we found the basis of our existing educational websites most of there is lack of resources, a high repetition rate, resources, there are some limitations on the construction and other issues. Cause of basic education Web site does not meet the needs of users. At the same time address these problems with site assessment of learning theory and educational evaluation and, based on teachers, students, parents, three different kinds of applications people use the site for basic education needs of design of the three questionnaires, and a selective survey The next sent to the application of different levels of hands in order to obtain the application of China's basic education web site first-hand information, while the results of the questionnaire collate and analyze a lot of work to identify sites in the application of China's basic education, what issues are actually there, analyze the reasons for these problems and eventually given to address these issues.The reason is China's basic education web site is still in the initial stage, level uneven, mainly reflected in the content of the lack of information on the disorder and management confusion.
