This paper study Systematically ERP and SAP ECC6 on the basis of the theory and practice, firstly,According to the functions and objectives of the State Grid "SG186 project", This paper determine the different parts of Financial, project, materials, equipment, human resources, so as to determine technology line of ERP implement in HB provincial power companies by life cycle; Secondly, according to the project implementation data of Accenture consultants, this paper has been further empirical study for HB provincial power companies from the four stages of "plan, implementation, preparation, production of"; Finally, this paper has finished the performance evaluation studies for ERP implementation of the HB provincial power companies by using of balanced scorecard, critical success factors and Vague and then given the corresponding program of after-sales service processes.
