With the development of information technology, in the global context, SOA is becoming the trend of enterprise software architecture in the future. We can use SOA to solve the "information isolated island" problem, and also provide on demand services. In China, most companies have realized the role and value of SOA deployment.In this paper, I first introduced the concepts of SOA systems, existing SOA systems in the vertical system is relatively sound and will have numerous IT systems, so the integration of existing systems has become their main objectives. The existing configuration management s are related to the system, as the system is large and complex, after the integration of system, the existing configuration management system of the horizontal configuration management operations, will not meet the system requirements. At the same time, the integrated system puts forward higher requirements in the updating, management, process and prevention of failure, and distributed dynamic management, while, related system and the existing configuration management systems can not meet the development needs.The paper was developed based on. NET and WCF deployment management system, the system is not the main business logic implemented by the ASP.NET Web application, and not directly interacts with the database. But in a WCF service being defined business logic implementation. Deployment management website is just the client of deployment management services, the deployment management services are together with the business which achieves it. This can be achieved for each service has its own, consistent service is the principle of self-government.In this paper, deployment management system is analyzed, at the same time, we studied the deployment management system by designing a system of physical structure, and its main modules, such as:load balancing, distributed caching, data access, etc. were studied and designed to achieve. In the realization of the basic deployment management functions, based on the realization of the text as simple as possible the deployment described in the work required, provided the tools to improve the practicality of the deployment management systems. Finally, in this paper, we archived a configuration management service of SOA system with a simple SOA-based e-government system for example. Explained the service deployment process, and as an example, a detailed description of the operation management system SOA deployment process is shown, and realized the deployment Management System. Deployment management system proposed in this paper is different from the traditional deployment management system on the part of deployment, as it is relatively independent with the system, when the system change or to integrate with other systems, it do not need to reconfigure the deployment of documents and preparation of code, simply add the service can be achieved. This system makes the application more powerful service-oriented, reliable and easy to manage.
