Configuration management is the core among all the support activities of a quality system, and combined them into an integrated whole, where they interact and influence each other to guarantee a healthy implementation.In this article, according to GFMIS software implementation objectivity, the author has introduced some advanced project management and configuration management methods, and how to implement software configuration management in GFMIS FASP, including version management, defects tracking, change management and issue process, established its procedure, standard and operation method, and also introduced SVN to help management software in a complicated work.By using software configuration management, we can integrate all the data and make effective use of them. Improving software development and management level has a strategic significance to the company, and also has a great influence and practical value on its future practice.
