Service Deployment Analysis Based On PTN Transmission Technology And Configuration Test Of Service Network Management Platform

With the evolution of transmission technology,the business orientation of domestic mainstream carriers is also undergoing different evolutionary trends.The operator of the original fixed-line service represented by China Telecom and China Unicom gradually started to exert force on the mobile terminal after gaining the license of operating FDD(the more mature technology in 4G).The original operators represented by China Mobile,the main mobile transmission business,through the reputation accumulated in recent years in government-enterprise customers gradually began to force all-in-one access.That for the just entering the field of business soon China Mobile should develop their own development strategies and how to enhance customer perception to ensure the healthy development of business as the focus of this paper needs analysis and research.This article will carry out specific analysis and research from three aspects of SLA business assurance level,set-off business deployment strategy and access side equipment management,and select the more representative "Panlong Government Affairs Network" as the pilot to conduct business deployment.SLA Business Assurance Level As a general industry operator and customer signed a security commitment,how to develop not only meet customer needs but also protect the interests of the company's quality management practices is the object we first need to study.The thesis outputs the SLA management standard which accords with Kunming Mobile from the three dimensions of pre-sale,sale and after-sale,customer protection grade and business assurance grade,in which,for the provincial capital city,we specially refined the response time of each link.For China Mobile,there is almost no experience in benchmarking with China Mobile because the business deployment of China Unicom and China Telecom is a three-layer transmission technology based on IP RAN.China Mobile uses a smooth evolution from SDH to PTN Transmission technology.Both are very different in terms of links and business.It can be said that IP RAN based on the evolution of the three-tier transmission infrastructure technology in carrying out set-off for the needs of business has an inherent advantage.The thesis carefully analyzes the similarities and differences between PTN and IP RAN in carrying out the business of customer service and at the same time explores the advantages of PTN in business security and provides the networking strategy for the next business deployment.Finally,we selected "Panlong Government Affairs Network" as a typical AA-level key customer as a pilot,the introduction of the collector probe device,the mobile portal NMS NMS and physical link dual routing design and other elements to complete the deployment of customer business and post-network quality Management.
