The Interface Research Of AutoCAD And ANSYS

With the continuous development of science and technology, although the current ANSYS software can improve people's working efficiency in calculation, it brought people some inconvenience in the former process modeling, which will inevitably require a way to come up with to solve this problem. In this situation, resulting in intention of the creation interface program between ANSYS and CAD. The paper is divided into four major sections.The first chapter is to analyze the existing problems of the interface program between ANSYS and CAD in domestic and abroad. Although there is a wide variety of interface forms, the data formats are involved in the softwares. It takes different problems when using them. And this paper is intended to complement these deficiencies.The second chapter fist introduces the three forms of the interface between ANSYS and CAD:direct exchange of common data files; intermediate file data exchange; interface software for data exchange. And then put forward five kinds of interface languages for the third interface method,the conclusions are as follow after analysis and comparison its characteristics:this interface program is based on the platform of VB. Compared whit other languages, the users would not learn the languages of ADS, ARX, and AutoLisp and reducing unnecessary burden. The users can redevelopment AutoCAD by Learning VBA.Chapter III described the feasibility research during the whole research mainly considering two aspects. The first part starting from the CAD software itself, DXF are composed whit six segments. The contents of each segment has been defined CAD software developers, the content of each segment is different and the content is different for each engineers. The point is the ENTITIES Section. Only understanding the meaning of the code, we can redevelop CAD by the programming language. The second part mainly introduce the interface language of VB and the process from the VB to the specific characteristics of the interface.Chapter IV mainly introduce the writing of the interface program and the main code. The first codes of the interface program is the forms. After the analysing of the entities composition of DXF and confirming the types of the date files, we can read the graphics dates in order by using the VB. We can find accuracy problems and the logical relationship between the data during the process of debugging-revising-debugging-revising and then taking the appropriate means of settlement. Finally, using a three-dimensional space frame to confirm the interface program and it is ok. The more complex of the model, the more advantage to use the program. Of course, the verification process has yet to be further to verify in practices, identifying problems and solving the problems.
