Recently, server performance monitoring is facing many challenges. Internationally on many issues for server performance monitoring of research projects, these studies production a wide range of applications have been, but in the server performance monitoring work that there were numerous key outstanding issues. Based on the results of the review of existing research, drawing on the existing architecture model based on the ideological development, customer service system designed to monitor server performance system.System is quite popular three-tier B/S architecture not only reduces client installation and configuration, and improved database system monitoring, configuration, deployment, and operation and maintenance efficiency. Development based on B/S structure, customer service system server monitoring system to monitor the server the operation of some applications. Once the abnormal situation, then send exception information to the monitoring system, and then in the monitoring system generated alerts and SMS to notify maintenance personnel to maintain an exception in the server. On the monitoring and management system in the framework of system information monitoring technology was focused on research, design a customer service system server for the collection process; to achieve the relevant performance information on server statistics collection and display. Introduced by the relevant alarm, warning of the customer service system, server processing module was designed and implemented to improve system management, reduce system errors and the risk of disaster. Finally, to assess the operation of the system in meeting the needs of today, based on research to determine the future direction of development, and the prospect of future work.This article discusses the server monitoring software modules, functions and methods of the specific implementation process, in-depth analysis of the software design process. The use of Struts, JDBC, JNI and other key technology features of the software, test results show that proves that the system can efficiently manage customer service system, server, timely reporting of failure to notify the appropriate maintenance personnel, could well meet the system requirements.
