The rapid growth of the automotive industry has become a most important driving force which contributes to China's economic rapid growth, so the automotive industry plays a important role in China's national economy.With the development of automobile industry, the degree of automotive electronics has become a most important measure for evaluating the level of the performance of cars .However, at present China's automotive electronics industry still in its initial stage, the traditional development methods of the control systems have become outdate,costly and time-consuming,so it is difficult to form the scale in a short term; There is still a big gap in the independent development of new technology between with the foreign advanced level. Therefore the domestic independent research and development automotive brand are very few, most of all make use of the electric control technology from abroad directly or use overseas electronic controller development platform to carry on the development, so it is bad for the development of the automotive electronics industry. In order to speed up the development of Chinese automotive electronics and improve its competitiveness, we must try our best in the research of technology and independent innovation.The paper puts forward hardware and software co-developmen's rapid development system of automotive electronic controller on the basis of researching on the shortcoming of traditional control system's development model.The software platform is integrated with the graphics editor, the model libraries, and the databases of control algorithm, the functions of generating the machine code automatically as well as the simulation functions;The hardware platform applies modular ideas, and designs a large number of standardized function modules for the selection and combination.The paper mostly researches on the design of the micro processor card which is a master device in the hardware system, and also focuses on the methods of the objective code generation which is based on the controller chip.Therefore we propose the method of design the micro processor card which uses the PLX's PCI9054 as the bridge interface chip which bases on the in-depth analysis of the PCI bus protocol. It generally introduces the methods and processes of design the processor card which bases on the PLX's PCI9054,especially includes the hardware circuit design,PCB board,board debugging,and driver development;In order to accomplish the objective code generation, finally analyses the GCC compiler, furthermore and we study the RTL intermediate code to design the compiler.Finaly we generate the rapid development platform of the automotive electronic control system in combination with other modules including the memory modules and the signal processing circuit modules,the communication interface modules(CAN,etc),the extended interface modules(driver board)as well as the software platform.This platform can help the designers to reduce the difficulty of the work,increase the efficiency,also can largely shorten the circle of researching the electronic control products,improve product quality and reliability,during the process of the design of hardware circuit,control algorithms and software programming.Moreover the use of self-development of automotive electronic control devices can greatly reduce the development costs, and make the new product form the scale and move towards the market rapidly, thus promote the further development of automotive electronics industry.
