The rapid development of the integration of “information and industrialization” hasmade the Ethernet technology widely used in the control field. With the Ethernet connection,we are able to implement the sharing of the data information between different networks’interconnected devices. In contrast to the early field bus technology, the industrial Ethernetbecomes accompanied with the TCP/IP protocol, with a better open, stability and reliability,thus apt to integrate into one system with different control equipments from differentmanufacturers and also gets warmly welcomed by people in these fields. While at the sametime, the virus, invading and some other problems in the traditional network are graduallyentering into the process control system of industrial process and become even more seriousas time goes by. The Ministry of industry and information technology made a clear statementin2011that the system products of industrial control system(including SCADA,DCS,PCSAND PLC) connect with the Internet and other public networks by various methods. It willresult in the virus, Trojan and other threats spreading to the industrial control system and theinformation security problem of industrial control system becoming more and moreprominent. Therefore, for the sake of the normal functioning of the industrial process controlsystem and security of the data information, it is specially important to encrypt the acquiredcontrol data with the encryption technology.This paper refers to today’s serious security problem of Ethernet communication inindustrial process control field, and takes the real-timing request of the process control systeminto account. Applied with the SUPCON CS4000system as the spot equipment and theS7-300PLC from Siemens as the process controlling equipment, and some PCs fromconfiguration software collocated as upper computers and management computers, it becomespossible to ensure the data security by encrypting the data obtained by managementcomputers from upper computers.Nowadays, the ProfiNet protocol is mainly used as the Ethernet communication protocolin industrial process control filed. This paper makes the main research on implementing the data transferring of process control system based on the ProfiNet protocol and OPC. And ituses ADO database connection model to fulfill the connection with SQL Server2008, theimproved and advanced encryption algorithm-AES is thus put forward to achieve theencryption storage of the controlled data Along with the analyses and researches on threedifferent encryption algorithms, With the help of testing the feasibility of the suggested theoryby real project and the guarantee of the real-time requirement of the process control system, itbecomes into reality for the implementation of the security storage of process controlled dataand reaches the anticipated effect. At last, allowing for the risks of malicious changes of thedata during transferring process, I suggest the HASH algorithm for the fulfillment of the dataintegrity protection and make anticipation and prediction for the future development ofindustrial security.
