The essay mainly discusses a kind of design and reality of the water-bunker level monitoring system underground coal mine.The system is comprised by a control circuit and LCD.The controller is installed in the vicinity of the water-bunker,which linked a number of sensors to measure various parameters.The control circuit is in the core of AT89C52.It completes the measurement of the signal gathering and processing.When the index is beyond the limit,it will produce the acoustics-optics alarm.The PCB has the key circuit.When the sensors are installed at the first time or the zero value is changed,we can set the zero by the key,also we can set the alarm value by the key.LCD display real time simulation of the scene state graph including the size of all measurement,which has dynamic change in accordance with the water level.The signals that the system collects include the current,on-off state and the bearing temperature of the pump engine and the water-bunker level.Among it,the measurement of current adopts WB series electric quantity isolation sensor.The measurement of on-off state adopts KGT9 on-off sensor.The collecting of temperature is realized by the digital temperature sensor MAX6577.The water level sensor is designed by us with the MPM281 pressing sensor as the probe to measure the water level according to the relationship between the pressure and the water level.The system displays all the signals with color Liquid Crystal Display(LCD).If warning,the color of the display will be changed to tell the operator.The software part is programmed using the C language and its every function is tested in the laboratory and in the spot respectively.The whole system has run well since been installed in the datun coal mine.Both social and economic benefits are more obvious.It plays an important role in ensure safety in production and improve production efficiency.
