Software Radio (SR) aims to place the wideband ADC and DAC close to the antenna and use software to realize all the functions of radio based on an opening, universal and modular hardware platform. The electronic reconnaissance conducted by shortwave radio calls for a high real-time level and has a large amount of data processing and many varied parameters, so a kind of highly efficient and flexible receiver that can easily adapt to wave forms must be researched and developed so as to satisfy the demand of changes of reconnaissance's environment. Digital channelized receiver based on polyphase filters is an appropriate solution nowadays in that it can conspicuously reduce the complexity and improve the capacity of real-time signal processing in the case of total probability of wideband intercept and capture.The thesis conducts a systematic study of channelization processing of channelized receiver based on polyphase filters and gives a new method realized by DSP and produces some results. The main content is introduced as follows:First of all, the emphasis is laid on analyzing and comparing the systematic structure of several kinds of software radio receivers, on theoretical analysis and realization of digital channelized receiver based on polyphase filters, and accordingly on systematic simulation of the technology of channelization processing based on polyphase filters.According to the project's requirement, the thesis analyzes the hardware of polyphase channelization, puts forward the solution to technological difficulties, establishes a systematic framework of DSP realizing, and meanwhile designs each function block of the framework based on DSP. Based on the features of selected DSP devices, the thesis conducts an innovative design and realization of both data processing as well as access of operational coefficient and DSP programming of polyphase channelized receiving processing.Finally, the thesis conducts system testing for the operation of polyphase channelized processing in DSP and analyzes the experimental results. It is indicated that the design in DSP is valid and practical. In addition, the thesis points out the aspects of the design that needs to be improved.
