With the continuous development of automatic control technology, the emergence of new types of water pump controller play a tremendous role in the protection of the pumps and energy-saving. This paper integrate the status of industrial automation and the requirements of real-time pump monitoring, analysis a number of remote monitoring terminal technology all over the world,design a pump control system based on STM32 processor.This paper adopting modular design concept, use high-precision energy measurement chip ATT7022B to achieve the design of pump control system. The hardware circuit use four-layer circuit boards, to achieving the strength of signal isolation and reducing the system's interference. RS-485 communication, ZigBee communications and GPRS communications were employ to achieving the remote monitoring bump. This paper program the ARM processing of pump control system, serial communication protocol and GPRS communication protocol.Finally the test of pump control system which includes system displays, data storage and event recording functions were performed at the environment in laboratory and on-site. The test results to meet the technical requirements. System have features of high accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, and reliable.
