RF front-end is a core component of the wireless receiver. With the development of communication technologies, RF circuit has become the focus of attention. This article mainly studies the design and the engineering practices about the RF front-end of the wireless receiver, and the two parts of wireless receiver RF front-end module - low-noise amplifiers and filters is designed and implemented in detail. The main research work is as follows:It summarized the structure and the basic parameter of the wireless receiver and the present situation of the RF front-end of the wireless receiver. It analyzed the key function to the indicator of the wireless receiver from the low noise amplifier and the filter. The theory and the engineering practice method of the low noise amplifier and the filter are studied thoroughly. It gives the design goals and the structures commonly used in the low noise amplifier and the filter.The detailed engineering practice plan of the low noise amplifier and the filter is the key content of the article. In the low-noise amplifier engineering practice, according to a low-noise amplifier design theory, the structure and the layout of low-noise amplifier are designed with the help of the ADS a popular software for microwave circuits design; Based on the principles of less conductor waste, larger power capacity, no radiation loss, simple structure and easy to manufacture, the waveguide filter is carried out in detail using full-wave electromagnetic simulation software Ansoft HFSS software and theμWave. The engineering practice method of wave guide filter is explained in detail in the Microsoft office Excel. Through the process of the filter design, the concrete engineering practice plan has given. In the end of this part, the picture of the filter is shown out. The filter is tested in detail and analyzed thoroughly. The test data indicated that the indicators of the filter can satisfy the design target of the radio frequency front-end of the wireless receiver.
