Wireless communication technology has spread in all aspects of our lives,like 5g,Bluetooth,Wi Fi,we are all the beneficiaries of wireless technology.The receiver is an important module of wireless communication,which is responsible for receiving and processing the complex signal received by the antenna,and down converting the signal from RF to IF.The performance of receiver directly affects the quality of wireless communicationThis paper introduces the current mainstream receiver structure,compares the advantages and disadvantages of each structure,and finally determines the low-IF receiver as the receiver structure of this design.This article proposed a wideband inductorless Low Noise Amplifier belong to the common gate LNA,transconductance enhanced structure and dual common source single ended to dual ended structure are used.The result shows that LNA circuit gain is21.9d B,noise figure(NF)is 1.41 d B,3d B bandwidth is 100MHz?1.17 GHz,reflection coefficient below-10 d B in the hole 3d B bandwidth,The IIP3 is-23.916 d BmThis paper introduces the working principle of mixer and analyses several typical mixer structures.Based on the analysis,an improved Gilbert mixer is designed.The circuit I and Q are designed in the same circuit,and the current compensation structure is used to solve the conflict between gain and noise in traditional Gilbert circuit.The mixer consumes 12.2m W of power at 1.2V,2MHz of intermediate frequency,local power is 0d Bm,conversion gain is 17.364 d B,noise figure is5.46 d B,and IIP3 is-7.20 d Bm.The structure of each filter is analyzed,and an operational amplifier is designed for complex filter.The amplifier has a GBW of 372.164 MHz and a phase margin of59.332°.With this amplifier,a complex filter is designed with operating frequency of2 MHz and bandwidth of 1 MHz,Tow-Thomas structure in active RC filter is used,which is Chebyshev type 4.Order Complex Filter.Power consumption at 1.2V power supply voltage is 4.3m W,gain is 23.1d B,ripple is 2.21 d B,group delay is 693.599 ns,noise figure is 37.93 d B,IIP3 is-22.9d Bm.A broadband low-IF receiver is designed with GSMC0.13 um at Candence.1.2V power supply,25.4m W power consumption.The 3d B bandwidth is 0.1?1.17 GHz,gain is 60.76 d B,noise figure is 6.56 d B,IIP3 is-27.54 d Bm,intermediate frequency is 2MHz and 1MHz bandwidth.Finally,the whole work is summarized and the prospects based on the existing work are prospected.
