Besides, the thesis introduces and analyzes the principle of work and equivalent circuit of the PIN diode which is used as control element in detail and in truth.The S-band 6-bits digital phase shifter, which is designed in the subject, is worked in the frequency range of 3.2GHz±100MHz, the insert loss is mainly less than 3dB, the input and output VSWR is lower than 1.35, the maximum phase shift error is less than 5°. The size of the circuit is 66mm×38mm×12mm.
