With the market of socialist country establishing, we try our best to push forward the market rules of publication company, with many years developing, we have obtained some positive result, but old rules still restrict the developing of publication company, especially about how to use our resources, scale restrict, and market competitive. Facing opportunity and challenge from market, we attempt to change business model, redesign new model to find the blue ocean.Based on a lot of literatures, we analyze specific property of book and book market, explore new business model fit to the specific property of book. We use many ways, such as literature review, investigation, contrast analyze and so on, to explore and test key factors of business model, and combine management of our publication company to raise some suggestion.The paper give us reference to explore and design the business model of publication company for the purpose of obtaining the most benefit. Research about business model can help us establishing the concept of viewing the situation as a whole, find the problem of our methods of operating, obtain more profit, improve economic efficiency, strengthen the capacity of competition of our publication company. Research result draw on the experiences of making business model innovation of publication company.
