In recent years,the development of media convergence,the implementation of the "second child" policy and the construction of the "universal reading" project have provided a broad market for the book publishing industry.The sales of children's books continue to grow.The consumption potential is enormous.The market is unprecedented prosperous,and the industry gradually develops to matures.At the same time,more and more publishing units begin to develop.There is fierce competition in the field of children's book publishing.Nowadays,the competition between enterprises is no longer the competition of commodities,but the competition of business models.If children's book publishing enterprises want to remain invincible in the fierce competition,they must study it,strengthen the sense of cooperation,establish the concept of strategic alliance and value sharing,and explore new ideas in an open environment.Business model to enhance the survival value of the industry.The rapid development of media convergence has provided opportunities for children's book publishing industry,but the current traditional business model of children's book publishing has failed to make full use of the good opportunities of media convergence,lacking competition barriers and sustainability of enterprise growth.Although Chinese scholars have been exploring the business model of the publishing industry,few of them have been involved in the field of children's publishing.Therefore,exploring the business model of children's book publishing industry has important theoretical significance and practical value.On the basis of literature reading,case analysis and in-depth investigation,combined with the characteristics of media convergence environment and children's book publishing,this paper uses the theory of business model to analyze the current business model,puts forward innovative paths,and constructs a multi-platform business model which conforms to China's children's book publishing.Suggestions are put forward for the operation of the model,hoping to play a certain role in promoting the publication of children's books in China,and to explore the business model in the field of children's publishing.
