Wireless sensor networks are regarded as one of the ten big world technologies by the technical comments of MIT. We can foresee that this technique will be widely used in the military field. Hasty defensive combat is a battle which is not prepared or prepared in extremely short time. It is a defensive combat which is organized under the condition of urgent mission and threat. It has the characteristics that the terrain and enemy are both unknown terrain. In hasty defensive fighting, it will solve the information acquisition difficult problems by introducing wireless sensor networks to do reconnaissance warning work. It has important significance for the battle to reasonable map out armed configuration, construction of the system obstacles, fortifications, and two echelon battles with the direction and timing of the decision-making.This paper is based on the features of hasty defense to make a plan of an early warning network model consisting of the central nodes and the base station, make sure of the mode of operation of "base station initiated, the central node integrated, the node members responded passively". It uses the network deployment mode of the combination of airman throwing and additional rockets throwing. And at the same time, based on the knowledge of probability theory it derived the computing model of node demands of airman throwing deployment and gave the calculation ways of the initialization of the mine-laying rockets when it is time to deploy an additional rockets throwing.Through the analysis of the current routing protocols, we can find that they don't fit the Early Warning Network model. So, we have designed Multi-Base of Adaptive Trooping now Wireless Network Protocol Hierarchy, holding MSATH.The basic idea of this Agreement is to make full use of the base station node energy resources, the computing resources, and the rich storage resources. According to the agreement we can achieve the integration of self-positioning of the nodes, the self-organizing of the network, the monitoring data acquisition and the monitoring results collection. Here are the features of the agreement:using the central node to integrate and transport the monitoring results, saving energy, reducing the collision of the network transmission, as well as the effective control of the network transmission delay; by the way that network comes together of base station, the positioning is accurate, the networking is strong timeliness; by the way that members of the wok node respond passively, it is able to reduce the energy consumption and help control the cost of the network.
