The Design And Implement Of Safety Monitoring And Early Warning System Based On Wireless Sensor Network

Safety production monitoring object,wide distribution,continuous,dynamic change,rely on traditional empirical methods,people on the way to perform duties and development are not enough to meet the safety requirements,according to the dynamic information of coal mine production safety,hazardous chemicals and other high-risk industries through the sensor networking technology with transfer of high-risk industries,to achieve significant dangerous source,major safety hazards such as effective supervision,supervision and emergency treatment,is the future development direction of production safety management.This paper on the production safety monitoring and early warning requirements proposed intelligent detection and preprocessing scheme based on WSN wireless sensor network,a detailed analysis of the structure of hardware and software design of wireless multi-point temperature acquisition device based on,and according to the production safety of the received data information management,design and implementation of the deployment,set up early warning function.The temperature parameter plays a very important role in the safety production monitoring and early warning system.In this paper,taking the most commonly used temperature collection and wireless transmission as an example,the design and implementation process of multi-point temperature measuring device for wireless network is introduced.The equipment uses a more advanced intelligent digital temperature sensor DSl8B20 as the network node terminal for measuring temperature.STM32 embedded microcontroller as the hardware development of the microprocessor,DS18B20 collection temperature transmission through the wireless module NRF24L01,through the serial port will receive the data transmitted to the computer,the computer data acquisition terminal for effective management and strict protection setting and accurate warning settings.
