The modern machine manufacture domain, as a result of the microelectronic technology and computer technology's rapid development and to the mechanical industrial technology's unceasing seepage, the machine-building industry is marching into integrated, automated, precise and the intellectualized new times, is also the inevitable trend which the present will develop. However the traditional buffing machine technology still is very actually backward, some are also even using manual control polishing. Moreover the home regarding the buffing machine is specially the buffing machine's product many are the simple operation, the polishing efficiency low, the secure energy balance. So this topic has done the further research and the design to the buffing machine's control system. Raised buffing machine's working efficiency, saves the cost. Most importantly replaced the traditional manual operation to realize buffing machine's automation, improved its safety performance, moreover increased buffing machine's polishing precision..This topic is by silicon Corporation's C8051F330 as primarily the controller. Community technologies and so on mechanical skill, microelectronic technology, automatic control technology and software programming technology unifies closely. According to system function's goal and the optimized organization goal, reasonable disposition and the layout various functions unit, in multi-purpose, high grade, redundant reliable, in the low energy consumption's significance realizes the specific function value. The control system is mainly includes to polishes the pressure, the polishing time and the polishing rotational speed control.
