Establishment And Experimental Research Of Linear Synthetic Film Potentiometer Spray System

Linear synthetic film potentiometer, which is widely used in position feedback system in aerospace field because of its stable performance and high accuracy, is one of displacement sensors. Synthetic film resistor is the key component of synthetic film potentiometer, and the linearity of synthetic film resistor directly determines the accuracy of the potentiometer. Spraying is the key machining process of synthetic film pote ntiometer manufacturing because of spraying uniformity has crucial influence on the linearity of resistance. This thesis focuses on the research of spraying of synthetic film potentiometer.The principle of spraying process of synthetic film resistor is an alyzed in this thesis, and the factors which influence nonlinearity error of resistor in the film spraying process are discussed, then atomization simulation of nozzle is conducted, and how air pressure, mass flow rate of toluene and spray distance influence atomization uniformity is obtained.An automatic spray system, which is composed of hardware and software, is designed. The spraying parameters of this automatic spray system are adjustable which provides conditions for technological parameter test of film resistor.Orthogonal tests of technological parameters are conducted and optimal technological parameters which meet the nonlinearity error and total resistance requirement are found, and then a repeat experiment is conducted. And a neural network technological parameter prediction system is established which can calculate the recommend technological parameters according to expected total resistance and nonlinearity error.
