In the actual industrial production process,the most common control purpose is to maintain the controlled variable above the set targetvalue,that is set value control.In many practical situations,the system output is difficult to comply with the control requirements of theset target value control,but onlymeets the control requirements of interval control under the premise of considering multiple factors such asproduct quality,energy consumption,andmaterial consumption.This means that these variables are only considered as controlled variables when the future predicted value is out of range.The use of interval control makes the controller have greater freedom in suppressing disturbances.When the output exceeds the interval,a strong control effect is required to quickly return the output to the set interval.For industrial process objects with multivariable and strong coupling characteristics,the stability of the control system is crucial.In this way,there is a contradiction between the rapidity and stability of coordinated control.Therefore,the study of interval predictive control algorithm and stability has important theoretical significance and practical application value.In order to solve the problem that the adjustment intensity of the controller is different when the control target deviates from the upper and lower interval boundaries in actual control,and when the system is disturbed and exceeds the tolerance interval,the optimal control can be quickly performed.Interval predictive control algorithm.According to the actual needs,the output weighting matrix1Q?Q2 and the different values are set to set the range of the trapezoidal interval,and the controlled variable is controlled in the trapezoidal interval,which effectively eases the instability caused by the system transient deviation;When the upper and lower boundaries of the controller are adjusted differently,the robustness and rapidity of the system are improved,which can better adapt to the complex industrial environment.In order to control the variable within the interval to have a certain degree of control and reduce the frequency of the controlled variable within the interval,this dissertation further proposes a unilateral triangular interval predictive control algorithm that takes into account the advantages of setpoint control and interval control.The algorithm adds a set value control item,so that the control output is continuously optimized when it is in the control interval,and the output can be closer to the set target value.In this dissertation,the second-order model of binary plate distillation column is used to simulate the unilateral trapezoidal interval predictive control algorithm and unilateral triangular interval predictive control algorithm proposed in this dissertation,and the control effect of the two algorithms is verified.
