With the proposal of "Made in China 2025",promoting the in-depth integration of informatization and industrialization has become an important content, and wireless communication technology has become the key.On the one hand, the rapid development of wireless communication has rapidly affected the industrial field, from field devices to management control and data collection and other levels;on the other hand, the application of wireless communication technology in the field of industrial control also faces many challenges. For example, the influence of wireless network reliability on control performance,as well as the problem of communication energy consumption when wireless communication is applied to real-time control systems. In response to these problems, this paper has done the corresponding research and proposed the solution.First of all,if the channel experiences deep fading when wireless communication is applied to real-time control, the continuous loss of control packets will cause the device to have no control commands available for a long time, which has a significant impact on the performance of real-time control. In this case,if the predictive control method is used to send a series of predictive control commands, the device can use the predictive control commands in case of communication packet loss.At the same time, the use of retransmission combining can also increase the probability of successful reception of control packets when deep fading occurs on the channel. This paper combines these two methods to reduce the influence of wireless communication on control performance when it is unreliable. Also, the real-time control system has high requirements for real-time performance and has a short control period and high control frequency. Therefore,it requires very frequent and periodic wireless transmission and consumes many communication resources. The introduction of predictive control can reduce the transmission frequency of control packets, but excessive use of predictive control commands will also reduce the performance of the control. In this paper, the time factor of open-loop control is designed in combination with predictive control algorithms,to find a trade-off between control performance requirements and communication energy consumption. The research content of this paper is briefly summarized as follows:In Chapter 2,this paper mainly introduces some related work at home and abroad, introduces some basic theories of existing wireless network control systems, introduces some basics of packetized predictive control systems, and analyzes the two existing transmission strategies of the wireless control packets, some basics of fading channels are also introduced. In Chapter 3,in view of the deep fading of the wireless communication channel, this paper designs a wireless transmission strategy combining the methods of retransmission combining and predictive control of communication.Through simulation and comparison, the advantages of the designed method in unreliable communication scenarios are proved. In Chapter 4,in order to make a trade-off between the energy consumption of communication and the performance of control, this paper models the problem with the control cost and the energy consumption of communication as the goal, the solution process and algorithm are given.Simulation results show that the proposed method can reduce the communication resource consumption while ensuring the control performance.
