Recently, with the development of network technology and network infrastructure, the Internet has become an indispensable part of people’ s lives. Internet provides real-time news, video-on-demand and live videos, e-commerce and other services to people’ s lives, which has brought great convenience to their lives. However, with the development of Internet technology, there are a lot of problems to be solved.While the Internet provides a wealth of news and information, there are some sitesoffering some illegal content, which has a negative impact on the growth of young people. Therefore, there is a great need for a valid Internet content regulation system. Predecessors have done some related workfor Web data packets restore, but the network hardware and software development proposea higher reduction requirement. In this paper, we deal an in-depth analysis and research with network data protocol sto restore static web pages and design and implementof a static Web restored system.Internet is flooded with various types of data, and streaming media data has become one of the most important parts. But the birth defects of UDP protocol and unstable network conditions result in inconsistent quality streaming media services. There are many factors which will affectthe quality of service streaming media, and this article focuses on analyzing streaming media data from the network layer, and calculates the bit rate, frame rate and packet loss rate. Based on these three parameters, we give an evaluation of streaming media service quality.
