The evaluation of the classroom instruction of the college computer culture basis is one of the important component of the classroom instruction of the college computer culture basis. Being the important public basis course, the evaluation of it is the key of teaching quality of the college computer culture basis.At present, the evaluation of it is still little. So the research of the evaluation of the classroom instruction of the college computer culture basis will promote the development of it effectively.Part one: at first, we introduce the situation of the evaluating of the classroom instruction of the colleges in U.S.A. and China respectively in five respects: the history of evaluating of the classroom instruction of the colleges; the name and the management organization of the evaluation, the type and the structure of the evaluation scales, the content and the criteria for the evaluation, implementation of the evaluation,Then we discuss the subject problems existing at present in the classroom instruction of the college.Part two: we introduce the basic theories about the evaluation of the classroom instruction of the colleges, including the educational evaluation and the evaluation of the classroom instruction of the colleges and fuzzy theory.Part three: we set up the index system of the evaluation of the classroom instruction of the college computer culture basis and the make the implement of it. we set up the index system according to the characteristics of the college computer culture basis.Attach importance to the perspective of student– teacher interraction to set up the index system. In the course of carrying out the evaluation activities, we using the theory of fuzzy evaluation respectively from the perspectives of comprehensive conditions and conditions of the teachers,then process and analyse the statistical data, in order to reflect the realities of classroom instruction of the college computer culture basis.Part four: we test the learing effect of the students in studying the college computer culture basis. The course of college computer culture basis attach importance to the cultivation of practical skills.We list the key point of practical skills,according to the teaching contents and teaching program of the course of the college computer culture basis. And then we put the test into effect, and got the realities of the situation of the students in mastering the practical skills of the five modules.Part five: we analyse the conclusions of the evaluation of the classroom instruction of teachers and the test of the effect in student's learning in the college computer culture basis.Then put forward the necessity of reform in the course of the college computer culture basis,and the concrete measures.
