The Application of Virtual Instruments in Atomic Hydrogen Maser Remote MonitorSystem is studied in this dissertation. In this thesis, the Atomic Hydrogen Maser remotemonitoringsystembasedonVirtualInstruments,NetworkandDatabaseisconstructed.Thisresearch work is also a part of time keeping system automation, which is a part of theresearch on establishment and maintenance of Joint Atomic Time Scale of China(JATC), itis an important scientific research project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Thisresearch work made an attempt to the practical application of Virtual Instruments in timekeepingsystem.The thesisdid researcheson the structure of remote monitoringsystem, the acquisitionof inner parameters of the Atomic Hydrogen Maser, fault diagnosis of Atomic HydrogenMaser, data storage, data query and network communication based on TCP/IP. The mainworksdonearesummarizedasfollows:1. The structure of remote monitoring system is studied in the thesis. The AtomicHydrogen Maser Remote Monitor System is composed of constant temperature roomacquisition system, clock room –office communication system and office remote monitorsystem.2. The application of Atomic Hydrogen Maser monitor system based on VirtualInstruments is studied. The main structure and functions of the Atomic Hydrogen MaserMonitor System are presented in this dissertation. The Atomic Hydrogen Maser MonitorSystem software on LabVIEW platform is developed and online monitor of innerparametersofAtomicHydrogenMaserisimplemented.3.TheApplicationofDataSocket inAtomicHydrogenMaserRemoteMonitorSystemis studied. The thesis analyzed the structure of network, and implemented remote monitorapplication software based on TCP/IPbyusing Virtual Instruments techniques. Data streamcanbetransportedacross internetsafelyandreliably.4. The application of database in Atomic Hydrogen Maser Monitor System is studied.ThestructureandcharacteristicsoftheMicrosoft ADOandSQLlanguageareintroducedinthe thesis. By making use of LabSQL, the data storage module and historic data querymodule are developed, which separately implement the storage and query of monitoringdata.5. By comparing clock data and the inner parameters of Atomic Hydrogen Maser, thereasonswhich causedfrequencychangeofAtomicHydrogenMaserwasanalyzed.
