The development and innovation of advertisement animation in China media has always been the main topic under discussion at media advertisement fields, which is related to the development of art design and software information industry of China.Facing pressure from international competitors, domestic media advertisement practitioners have conducted a series of reflections and explorations. After continuous attempts, a way that combines art and science has come into being finally, which is helpful to lead media advertisement cartoon to success.The paper here mainly investigates the making and composing technology of multilayer space of visual images, and attempts to put forward design theory of main feature space and secondary feature space for media advertisement animation. Under the guidance of the theory, making and composing of main feature and second feature space are carried out, which shows features of multidimensional space and multi-angle image in visual and auditory works.To better achieve visual effects of main feature and secondly feature space, the following method will be utilized to analyze the design and making of media cartoon advertisement West Lake Tea Culture Expo of Hangzhou:first conceive the test of West Lake Tea Culture Expo of Hangzhou according to its regional and humanistic features, then establish design scheme, build models for each group material, design and make the shooting of secondly feature, design and make the shooting of main feature, compose the shooting, montage and compose multi-dimensionally, select adjusting format, burn CD of the output file, finish and summarize the project finally.Using the above method, the paper here analyzes the making technology and summarizes the theory of media advertisement West Lake Tea Culture Expo of Hangzhou. At the same time, it investigates and analyzes the trends of design development and making techniques in the future, which embodies the combination of art and science.
