Function And Limitation Of Media In Public Policy Process

One key to the study of the Public administration is the Public Policy. Then what is the Public Policy, the definition of its concept has many opinions. While, Public Policy contains several factors, so it's not very difficulty to make it clear. Such as its main part is the public power, it aims at getting a kind of changing; it refers the adjustment of the interests. So the introduction of its definition should have certain engagement, only when the resistance of the adjustment is at the minimal level, the process of the execution will be smoother.The precondition of the establishment to the Public Policy is the formulation of its definition. That's to say, when the problem becomes the problem of the Public Policy, the factor that influence the process, which is a matter deserved studied.Generally speaking, the Public Policy mainly contains the formulation, implement, supervision and termination of the policy. The five points are in close contact with each other, and form a cycle of the Public Policy. The Public Policy can be rational and scientific or not, it's relied on the conduct choice of the policy subject. The diversification of the policy subject has already become a common notice, and among this diversification, it contains news media.In the process of the policy, how does the news media influence the policy, which is its limitations and how to improve upon it?
