The Design Of Educational Administration System In Jinan Health School

With the popularization of information technology and internet technology, the application of the educational administration system has already expanded from university to high school and secondary vocational school.In the developed countries, almost all universities have built up Campus Network and the management of functional departments has realized informationization and internetization. It offers such functions as result inquiry, student information inquiry and course inquiry, which is very convenient for students and teachers to get relevant information in time. But the university's educational administration system is not very suitable for secondary vocational school. Firstly, the administration mode and administrative setup are different between university and secondary vocational school.Secondly, data volume of secondary vocational school is smaller than that of university, and then it can use the internet and database resource more effectively.Now the software development and programming have a qualitative leap. It is feasible for some secondary vocational schools to use their own office system.To meet the real demand of school,it is not difficult to realize the educational management system which is based on the object-oriented idea. According to the traditional university's educational management system, this paper carefully analyzes the design and realization of educational administration system in combination with the actual need of work in my school.This system is based on the school local area network, is designed the functions which are suitable for the teachers and students,overcomes some weak points of the current standalone version and brings more attractive use experience.This paper discusses the development background of educational administration system in Jinan health school and the current status of educational administration system at home and abroad, and then put forward the purpose of this project and its significance. This paper uses the UML method and considers the actual need of different positions in my school.The system is divided into educational administration management module, result management module, examination management module, etc. seven modules. According to the complete analysis result of these seven parts, the goals and the principles of the system are established. Then the paper discusses the research framework for the realization of the system and the design of database. Specifically speaking, the paper emphatically introduces two parts:the first one is the interface design of the educational administration management module and the realization of course arrangement in it. The second one is the design of the result management module and the application of data mining in it. And also the realization of the teaching plan management and the results real-time inquiry are talked about in my educational administration system.The educational administration system in which I participated has already been used at test running stage. Its steady behavior and user's favorable response show that:Jinan health school's educational administration system can offer all functions of traditional system, and basically satisfy the current need. I believe that with the optimization in the later time, it can push the secondary vocational school's educational administration system to a new level.
