Design And Implementation Of An Educational Administration System Based On PHP And B/S For Secondary Technical Vocational School

With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the use of information technology has penetrated into all trades and professions, which means the Internet has become an inevitable trend. In the big tide of the informationization development, how to use modern information technology to improve the traditional teaching management has become a consensus in the field of education. With the promotion of quality education, secondary vocational education develops quickly and the school scale expands unceasingly, however, all which make the school routine academic management get more pressure. Therefore, building online network teaching management platform becomes an important part of school’s teaching management.This paper, based on the demand of the routine academic management of Shaoxing Vocational Education Center, researched and designed online educational administration management system ground on PHP and B/S, which made it necessary to achieve the school routine academic management so as to realize its automation and networking. This paper has carried out the following research:1. On the basis of familiar with the Vocational Education Center in Shaoxing City educational administration business by comparison and Research on school educational administration management system of the same type, complete the analysis of the demand of the system, including the overall system requirements analysis, the demand analysis of access and quality. Then from the demand based on the overall design and detailed design of the system, which detailed design relates to each function module design and database design.2. From the early demand analysis, function module design and database design of main function module of the system is realized through the actual code, including: user login module, common module, school management module, teaching full-time management module, the administrator module, these modules also contains the number of small module.3. Analysis of risk factors existing in the system, and combined with the relevant web security, information security knowledge, the paper gives the have security strategy according to the sex and in the system is put into practice, these security strategies include: Based on role-based access control, database backup, the session hole leakage prevention, for SQL injection vulnerability of prevention, the script execution vulnerability prevention.4. Through the black box test method of each main function module of the system function test, and gives the test cases;By LoadRunner to test the system’s performance to assess the educational management system in a large number of concurrent users login access the processing performance, in order to estimate the system’s maximum load capacity.Through practical application, this system can make the school daily work processing efficient to meet the demand, prompt each educational work finished quickly. The school’s management level and working efficiency are improved greatly to get the expected effect achieved, which laid the foundation for the further development of the school. It was proved to have higher practical value.
