With the rapid development of the Network and the Internet,a lot of secondary vocational schools have established their own teaching management system.Secondary vocational education students internship positions to the basic service industry,which led to its PC through the Internet is not very convenient.At present,the smart phone has been widely used,with the popularity of wireless networks and mobile devices,the educational management system to put forward new requirements The educational administration management system based on the mobile terminal is an important complement and extension to the educational management system of the PC-side network,and can better meet the actual needs and characteristics of the secondary vocational schools.The main work of this paper is to design and implement a teaching management system which is based on the mobile phone and meets the needs of the secondary vocational school.To sum up,the work of this paper includes the following parts.First of all,on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of the secondary vocational school educational administration system,the design and implementation of the educational management system of a secondary vocational school is completed.This system realizes the basic function of PC management system at the same time,joins the mobile phone APP to visit the function of the educational administration system,and conforms to the characteristics and trend of the educational administration of the secondary vocational school.Secondly,in view of the management of course arrangement in the educational administration system,a kind of intelligent scheduling method based on genetic algorithm is proposed.The time table of teachers,classes,courses,teachers number,etc.into the relevant part of the entity mapping in the genetic algorithm,a chromosome encoding scheme and their fitness functions,through continuous evolution,finally get the optimization results of course scheduling.Again,the design and improve the teaching management system in the evaluation of the function of teaching module.The teaching evaluation system module can be used for teaching management staff,teachers and students.The system is divided according to the user's different permissions.In this paper,a questionnaire survey was carried out on nearly 3 grades of students,and 19 evaluation indexes were selected from 38 indexes,which were selected to strengthen the objectivity of the evaluation index.Finally,according to the requirements of analysis and design,the implementation process of each module is described in detail,and the system interface diagram of the system is given.
