Design And Implementation Of Educational Administration System In A Secondary Vocational School

Most secondary vocational schools still adopt the traditional educational administration mode mainly based on paper material and Excel when they are engaged in educational administration.These traditional management modes have many drawbacks and shortcomings,such as heavy workload,low work efficiency,data error-prone,students can not timely and systematically understand their own educational administration.The process of information and educational administration management is not clear,lack of effective management of students' achievements,teachers can not understand the timetable and teaching tasks in time and in detail.Under the background of vigorously advocating the construction of information-based campus in our city and university,the development and use of educational administration system can solve the shortcomings of traditional educational administration management and meet the development needs of the construction of intelligent campus.The work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)Starting from the needs of the educational administration department,head teachers,teachers,students and other roles,this paper analyses and designs the current teaching administration circles of secondary vocational schools,such as school roll management,head teachers management,teacher management,teaching plan management,course selection management,course arrangement management,achievement management,etc.Section management structure and logical relationship.(2)In view of the characteristics and processes of educational administration in secondary vocational schools,within the educational administration system,the logical connections and databases among classes,head teachers,teachers,students,courses and classrooms are established according to the teaching tasks.Use Asp.Net,SQL Server 2014,HTML5 technology to design and implement B/S structure of secondary vocational education management system.Design and develop Android Mobile Client(APP),so that teachers can quickly inquire about their teaching tasks and timetables,so that students can timely and complete understanding of their achievements,timetables and comprehensive assessment.(3)According to the professional characteristics of our school,the curriculum of our school is divided into five categories.The results of each student's major courses are calculated in the administration system,and the five-dimensional radar maps of students' achievements and abilities are generated,soas to achieve the purpose of giving students employment guidance and career planning suggestions.(4)Shapiro-wilk test is used to verify the normality of each class' s academic performance,and to use it as a reference for judging the authenticity and effectiveness of the whole class' s academic performance,so as to prevent teachers from being arbitrary in marking,correcting and evaluating students' performance.
