Elevator is based on Random external call signal and Self-control law such as running its Man-machine interactive mechatronic products. One of the real-time control system is affect the key quality of elevator. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with high reliability, Convenient and flexible-programming, Strong anti-interference and Steady operation, Elevator control system is widely used programmable logic controller (PLC) as the control unit. Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the standard object-oriented modeling language, in complex systems and application software has been widely used. Elevator control system is a multi-input variable, Strong random, Output response with real-time requirements of complex real-time multi-task system. Application of UML to describe their functional status, behavioral characteristics is inevitable.This paper comprehensively familiar with the UML's basic concepts and modeling methods, Functional characteristics of PLC, The principle of work, Application Ladder Diagram Language and In the elevator control applications based on, Analysis of the elevator control system's basic operations and work. Put forward elevator control system functional requirements and performance requirements, Discussion of the corresponding function module, Building the elevator control system functional requirements of the UML model(Including use case diagrams and class diagrams) According to the basic structure of the elevator control system, Work (task scheduler), Designed to handle calls within the car, Indicate the direction of upstream and downstream aspects of UML models(Sequence Diagrams).
