Solutions To Public Crisis Triggered By Internet Public Opinion

In modern society, internet public opinion has become an important aspect of whole public opinion which is in response to the social events.A number of important social events spread rapidly by means of the internet and become the social and public events. What is the solution to these Public crisis triggered by internet public opinion is the main topic of the paper. How to respond to public opinion caused by the network Crisis is a new challenge of government administrative.In this article, the author analyses the characteristics of public opinion and its current situation as well as history, then explains the reason why the public crisis happened through many examples. In chapter 3,the author analyses the solution that foreign countries deal with the public crisis in comparison method. Chapter 4 is the final conclusion of the paper. In author's idea, government, internet users and internet law are three main aspects to appease public crisis. First, Governance by law is the basis; the rulers should communicate with the public actively and frankly, who address the issue of public questions with a responsible manner, second, improvement of the internet user's civic awareness is the important aspect; third, internet law established will regulate the internet users. In general, the purpose of this paper is to play a number of references in the current network environment for the government administration.
