At present, with modern industry's development and demanding of the social, the mine safety monitoring which has developed at automated and intellectualized control stage, obtained the widespread application and the enormous development both here and abroad. It is the union of the computer and the correspondence that promoted the advancement of industrial automation strongly. The Security of staff and equipments is the most important goal of mine safety monitoring system.The in-out mine achieved its functional objective which is monitoring mine personnel and security equipment by deciding whether mine staff and security equipment are in or out mine, and the efficiency and the reliability of the entire system of intellectualization security management will be raised.Based on the technology and application of RFID system,the present situation,developing trends,and the existing problems,this paper researched and analyzed the technical support for RFID,which contains hardware, software, singlechip, serial ports communications and network service,and focused on the the algorithm for multi-target anti-collision identification. Have solved the key problems that how to execute the algorithms which called movement node of well head monitoring in the computer and the feasibility of practical application, adopating real test data and system parameter from a copper mine and analysed the performance of practice application.The main content of this paper are follows:(1)This paper analysed of the present situation, developing trends, and the existing problems of RFID tracking and localization technology in detail based on a great of literature;(2)Has determined system parameters of the in-out mine monitoring system,which was 2.45GHz working frequency running on a open frequency band and remote communication mode, based on the analysing of basic concept of RFID and application property of mining industry domain;(3)Through the research on hardware technology and communication protocol of RFID,this paper compare fit and unfit quality of various structures composition;and established the optimization program for hardwares.Designed and had research on the system superiors machine with delphi and SOL Server 2000, realized the correspondence of system signal serial port, the safe monitoring and the database function;(4)This paper had written out executable algorithms according to the property of well head migration node monitoring.Several central problems had been solved:access to pit discriminant; multi-target recognition;(5) This paper had analysed the performance of practice application whit real test data, analyzed reason and proposed the related unnecessary measure directed towards some individual expiration phenomenon.Practical problem in the process of the execution algorithms has been solved in the paper. The hardware equipment program and software superiors machine designed according to property of the migration node on well head can get an accurate executive system monitoring fastly and simply, and it improved work efficiency, insure the development of mine safety intellectualization monitoring.
