Effect Evaluation Of Running University Journals

The current evaluation system of academic journals using the evaluation index of core periodicals in library for reference can reflect the academic levels of different journals to some extent, which is micro-evaluation on journals. Macro-evaluation on various journals still needs further development. In this paper, macro-evaluation system on university journal was established, which considered international influence, the domestic influence and the evaluation of vocation personnel as first-order evaluation index. Based on the questionnaire survey of specialist, the index weight was determined using AHP method. According to the condition of entering the retrieve of internal celebrated journals and China periodicals phalanx, the evaluation on university journals was qualified to obtain the effect of running journals.
