With the rapid development of mobile Internet and the rapid advancement of computer technology,mobile social networks have gradually become popular in people's daily life and learning.Among them,We Chat is one of the most popular social tools for domestic users.The advantages of instant messaging,accurate dissemination,and multiple forms of the We Chat public account have also attracted domestic universities to register public accounts one by one and make it a platform for receiving and distributing information.In the Internet era with huge information resources prospects,more and more colleges and universities have realized the advantages of the We Chat public account,actively develop and utilize mobile social network resources,and expand the influence of the We Chat public account in colleges and universities to enhance the university's soft power.Based on the theory of information communication,this paper firstly selects 24 secondary indicators to build an evaluation index system based on the research on the impact of communication,from the perspectives of the communicator's attributes,the media,the content,the subject's attributes,and the dissemination effect.Then,considering the strong interdependence between indicators,a network analysis method was used to construct the evaluation model of the spread influence of We Chat official account in colleges and universities.Finally,taking the We Chat public account of Hefei University of Technology as an example,the data for the whole year of 2017 is selected in monthly units,statistics are summed and normalized,and the evaluation results of each month are calculated based on the weights of the indicators obtained by the network analysis method.According to the results,it analyzes the current status of its operations and gives suggestions for improving the influence of universities on their communication.
