Keyboard and mouse are usually used to realize the communication between user and computer. These input devices are very difficult for the people who are not familiar with computers to use, and thus the purpose of communication can not be realized successfully. In order to meet the demand of fast communication, and now one of the most mature technologies is the touch screen. As a special kind of input device for computers, touch screen is convenient and simple, and is widely used in our country, mainly used in ATM, office equipments and medical equipments. That's exactly the problem we'll solve in this article—the design of touch screen about human-machine interface based on Fieldbus control measuring appliance. It sets up an information platform through touch screen which we can rectify the status of the system and interfere with it.Focused on the environment of the industry field intelligent equipment's embedded software component platform, with touch screen to design based on TMS320F2812 scene intelligence measuring appliance human-machine interface. Carries on between the human-machine with the DSP SCI module the data transfer to be interactive, the communication protocols uses the industry control domain widespread application the Modbus protocol, optimizes from the Modbus protocol selects three orders of FUN3, FUN15, FUN16 to complete with the DSP SCI module and the touch screen correspondence, Completes the float value, the position switch value and integer value to read and write. FUN3, FUN15, FUN16 may solve the monitoring interface all data display and the revision function. The full text introduces systematically the design and the realization of touch screen entire monitoring interface, the design of interface is artistic, supports chart and tendency chart function. It elaborates the correspondence function realization, and has compiled the lower position machine related procedure.This plan already succeeded application on direct torque control system. The correspondence experiment of touch screen proves that is feasible, reliable and universal. This is the profitable attempt to develop on the fieldbus control system. Touch screen and the test installation isolate, does not disturb mutually. The software interface of touch screen displays the parameter of motor movement, adjusts the PID controller the automatic and manual function, demonstration parameter curve and so on. Simultaneously has also discovered touch screen own some questions: The chart, the tendency chart does not support the function of the float value, the value part can not establish the sampling period of sampling data. The XY curve X axis and the Y axis address must continuously. Cannot willfully read the data spot coordinates which we need, moreover the data demonstration is not the spot form, is the straight line form. These questions all were solved in the application. In brief, the touch screen application plan on direct torque control system, which will provide for the beneficial attempt for later on the field bus control system as the human-machine interface.
