The Design And Implementation Of Technology Management System Platform Based On C#

The management information system is modern management technique with the computer development, it uses internet to collect, transfer, pack up and save all kinds of information. The normal production and business operation activities of business can be recorded using the management information system, so provide the accurate, on-time and comprehensive information to the manager.The system can collect the scientific and technical literatures and the internet materials, provide a convenient technology information platform for the company's scientific and technological personnel.This paper introduces the function, character and development of the management information system, analyses the developments and running environment in details including C# language, database techniques, background database SQL Server2000.According to the needs of the downhole operation company we divided the system into ten modules. They are project management module, report management module, paper management module, laws and regulations management module, materials management module, documents and templates management module, plan management module, inquiry module, intelligence and information management module, results management module. We design the system function module diagram of the management information system according to the actual demand, analyze each functional module and adopt B/S module, .NET database to achieve. This paper analyses the database structure and module diagram structure, develop the management information system using C# language and introduces the developing process of user logging, form inputting, information query, document approve, background management.
