As the property management information base and the important component, residential property management system is a modern property management and organization integration, perfect and digital reconstruction process, is to enter the modern property management, gradually carry out property management informatization is to improve the route one must take, property services and decision-making scientific sex, objectivity, enhance democratic consciousness, increase property management of the necessary conditions of transparency.In this thesis, based on the current situation of property management and development trend analysis, combined with the actual residential area, using VS2005as a development tool, the structure of B/S based on the web development, and the combined use of Javascript, SQL and other new technology, using c#as the main design language, hypertext markup language (HTML) and simple Javascript language integration, use SQL Server2000to realize the operation of the database, improve safety.This system in its own design system based on interface, completed seven major functions of modules, each module basically adapted to the residential property management the initial requirements. The system has been put into practice in daily use, confirmed the use of the system, greatly improving the efficiency.
