| Summary: Since middle 1990s, the emergence of Metropolis Dailies, the rapid rise of news media and sustainable development, brought a beautiful landscape of Chinese news in its history. Its characteristics of entertainment, popularity, closing to life in Metropolitan sports news reports attracted a wide range of readers'interest, catered to the needs of the public readers, but also made tremendous contribution to the prosperity and development of Metropolis Dailies.In 2000, National Bureau of Statistics and other agencies jointly surveyed the conduct of the media exposure of Chinese residents .What they were most interested in was when the real news, followed by sports news and social hotspots. Separately it introduced the concept of Metropolis, sports, and news, aimed to leading to the rising trance of sports news in Metropolis Dailies.The second chapter recalled the rise of sports news in Metropolis Dailies, analyzed the reasons for the rise of the factors, described respectively from the fierce competition among newspapers, the audience needs, the rapid development of sports.The third chapter found there are some similarities in the Metropolitan Sports News and other news but after analyzing the characteristics of Metropolitan Sports News, there were unique such as in entertainment, emotion, and globalization.In the fourth chapter, by comparing the party, professional sports newspaper, it analyzed the characteristics of sports news in Metropolis Daily.This paper focused on the five and six chapters, mainly introduces the basic situation of "Chutian Metropolis Daily," through reading the past few years data, analyzed its features of newspaper reports in depth and the exampled its main problems in details separately.As the last part, chapter seven mainly discussed its problems, and made reasonable suggestions from macro. |
