China is the biggest country of producing edible fungus in the world.At present, we producing edible fungus still depend on handworked operation in household, it has equipment rough, small scale, low output,bad benefit and incredulous quality, is a unshaped producing administrant mode depending on intendant experience and subjective sense, relevant environment control system mostly adopts control measure of distributed collecting management. Great cost and high request to producer are hard to popularize,and control logic is singleness. In some great countries of planting mushroom just like occident and Japan, producing mushroom has realized factory managing mode of subarea and grading, roboticized degree of entire product line, but price is high,and not agree with our situation, so it is not in favor of popularization.Producing edible fungus in factory has been our pressing assignment and developing current,have important meaning to boost up our rivalrousness of producing edible fungus.The growth of edible fungus such as mushroom characteristics are short growth cycle, much more growth phases,and different environmental requests in every growth phase. So if ensuring natural growth and reaching the purpose of high output, it must adopt relevant environmental controlling measure depending on the environmental request of mushroom growth to provide useful growth invironment. Aimed at the difference of mushroom production and managing mode at internal and overseas, characteristic and existent deficiency of revelant collecting control system, this paper designs a new control measure according to compartmentalize every growth phase of mushroom and choose target database, to provide unattached control logic, and every growth phase control logic is associated to different control equipment, it can build a relation among growth phase, control logic and equipment, synchronously can set different growth time for every growth phase, it can carry out renovation automatically of relevant control logic expediently, in order to control the whole growth course of the mushroom automatically. The detailed research content consists of follow points:(1)Analyze the request of mushroom greenhouse control system, build the control scheme of using growth phase to set control logic,growth phase control logic related to control equipment.(2)Finish the controller hardware design of main control module,current interface circuit of the sensors,data collection,singal regulation,managing power,man-machine alternation and IO expanding output modules.(3)Finish software part,consists of carving up growth phase,control logic, alarming logic, renovation, equipment association of growth phase and expert database.(4)Test and analyze the function and capability of control system, including real time,answering time and controllable capability.
