With the development of Chinese cultural undertakings,the theatre plays an increasingly important role as the carrier of spiritual civilization construction.It is undeniable that the stage equipment control system still has many problems,such as poor equipment control accuracy and relatively backward control strategy.In view of this,it is very important to study more appropriate and advanced stage equipment control strategies.Aiming at the problem of low precision and poor real time in the speed,position and matrix synchronous operation control of the stage boom equipment,and according to the idea of Active Disturbance Rejection Control(ADRC),the research on the control strategy of the boom equipment is carried out,and a stage equipment control system is developed.At first,on the basis of understanding the composition of the stage equipment and its control system,the requirements of the control software are analyzed,and the functional requirements of the software are respectively proposed for the motion control and visual monitoring of the stage equipment,the precise control,matrix synchronous operation control and other functions to be achieved by the control software is defined,and gave the technical requirements of the stage equipment control and control software performance indicators,laid the foundation for the control software design and equipment control strategy research.Secondly,according to the actual operation of the equipment,the hardware structure and overall structure of the control system are designed,and the single control and centralized control strategy of the boom equipment based on the analysis of the current stage equipment low control accuracy,poor real-time performance and the simultaneous operation interference are researched,a fuzzy neural network ADRC control algorithm suitable for single boom equipment and a decoupling control strategy suitable for centralized control conditions are proposed.Based on this,a fuzzy neural network ADRC controller and decoupling controller are designed and implemented.The Simulink simulation model is built in Matlab,and the correctness and effectiveness of the control strategy in the stage equipment control system are verified by simulation results.Then,the data interaction of the control system is designed and the PDO communication method is used to define the data frame format of the CMD and the ETA,and the meanings and design rules of each bit in each frame of data are described.Data interaction between PLC and PC is achieved by the TIA portal software and SCL language.For precision control of the position,speed and other control parameter in the single-boom closed-loop control and multi-suspension variable frequency matrix control have design and implementation,and set up a test platform of stage equipment control system,by analyzing the actual operation data shows that the control strategy of this system is better than the traditional control mode in controlling the position and speed of the boom.Finally,in the Visual Studio integrated development environment,the C#language is used to develop the stage monitoring system software,and the functions of the user management module,control module,repertoire management module,and log management module are implemented.The database management system is designed using the SQL Server database technology,the stage equipment operation data archiving,query and report functions are realized.The user rights of the monitoring software,equipment parameter settings and matrix routing are tested Through simulation and field tests,the feasibility and accuracy of the control strategy studied in the synchronous operation control of the stage boom are verified.
