China's manned space project consists of seven systems, and communication system could be regarded as ear, throat and nerve centre among the whole manned space project. With complicated status, a great number of communicating equipments are used for communication system of manned space project. However, these equipments are actually scattered into different machine rooms. Thus it's necessary for staff to monitor and control all these communication equipments concentratedly. Centralizing monitoring can improve working automaticity and reliability efficiently. This article give emphasis to the correlative technologies and implementation of the concentrated-monitoring & control system for the communication equipments.This article explains the characteristics, components and concept of concentrated-monitoring & control system for the communication system of manned space project. Based on the analysis of current status of communication equipment's monitoring & control, it shows the essentialness of development in communication equipment's concentrated-monitoring & control during the manned space tasks, and established the works' background and basis. Based on current network resources, by the technical methods of series port communication, SCM, net communication, this paper introduces the designing scheme of communication equipment's concentrated-monitoring & control which used modules of client/server, the introducing focus lies on design and implementation of host&backup switching module of command system , Signal receiving level display module of commander system and computer time adjusting module used by time unification system. SCM tech is adopted into host&backup switching module of command and control system ,it controls client's host&backup status by program instead of former manual operation on layout frame; Multi-telephone recording card is applied in the Signal receiving level display module of commander system.256 lines of real time Signal receiving level monitoring are controlled by the program. Computer time adjusting module utilizes sound card to receive B signal, it's very creative to implement the unification of the computer time and standard time based on program system. At last, it summarizes the characteristics and shortages of communication equipment's concentrated-monitoring & control system during the manned space tasks, and demonstrates the following work of this system.
