Design Of SO₂ Concentration Detection System Base-on GPRS

With the rapid development of China's industry, the people's living standard has improved. At the same time,industrial emissions are also increasing.Air quality is declining steadily,and the air in many cities has reached a serious level of pollution. Air quality monitoring has become a focus of environmental departments,which the SO2 concentrations in air is an important aspect of quality monitoring.Monitoring of SO2 concentrations commonly used methods of distributed data acquisition and data collection and signal analysis.Discrete data acquisition is high error rate and long cycle and expensive,if you extract the data by manual operation.Today,wireless communication technology is rapidly developing, the technology of data transmission using radio signals has matured.This paper presents a real-time monitoring system on the SO2 concentration base on wireless communications and GPRS technology.The system design is consists of data monitor and monitoring software,which connected to the Internet.Data monitor collecte the SO2 concentrations of air in distributed location.The data of SO2 concentration are verified, then sent to the Internet through the GPRS.Monitoring software receive the data from Internet,which is sented bu data monitor,through the socket interface.There,the data are verified again, then put it into the database. Monitoring software obtain data from the database, generate reports, and drawn volatility curve compare with historical data. When the monitor collected data, the processor also compare the data value with the standard numerical value of SO2 concentration, if the difference of them is greater than the standard value, monitor will send the alarm messages out automatically.This design used SIM300cz wireless communication module to send data,which device is manufactured by the SIMCOM.The data of SO2 concentration is collected from the gas sensors, which is a production of Andy technology companies.This design used SIM300cz wireless communication module to send data,which device is manufactured by the SIMCOM.The data of SO2 concentration is collected from the gas sensor, that is the production of Andy technology company.The system processor is STC89C54RD, it is a single dhip microcomputer. STC89C54RD controls the work of SO2 sensors and SIM300cz module.
