Nowadays, with the development of Computer Technology, especially the development of Web 2.0 Technology, The New Media plays a great role in our daily life. Because of the interactive and the unique design, the multimedia e-magazines become the special part of the New Media, and attract the readers' attention. The multimedia character of the E-Zines makes it an integrated one, which is the particularity of the media in modern times.The audio-visual language used in the text makes the E-Zines become a multimedia. The text may contain the dynamic one, such as the AV, the AF or the Animation. It also may include the static one, such as, the pictures, and the letters. The readers can enjoy themselves a lot when they read an E-Zine. So the research starts from the audio-visual language, and this will help us learn more about the characteristic of the E-Zines. In this way we can study the communication system of the E-Zines. The research also contributes to the study of the Digital Media Art.The communication theory of audio-visual language, which is used in the E-Zines, bases on the one used in Television& Film. However, the pictures, the pages, and the background music, which are showed out in the E-Zines, are interactive and used the Navigation Technologies. Considering of the unique of the computer screen, all of these are well designed and become a special communication system. The audio-visual communication here is different from the one, which functions in the traditional magazines and is based on letters only. The E-Zines pay more attention to the format but not the content. Behind the splendid outlooks, the content is insignificant. So, if the E-Zines wants to have a further development, it should be restrictive when use the seeing and hearing language.
