Automotive anti-collision issue has been the important part of auto safety.Automotive anti-collision technology consists of image recognition and anti-collision radar.Anti-collision radar technology benefits from no range blind area,high range resolution and low transmission power compared to other technologies.Meanwhile,LFMCW radar has the disadvantage of distance and velocity coupling.This thesis bases on 24 G LFMCW radar project from research group which can be applied on automobile anti-collision.The radar mainly detects the parameters of speed and distance and the numbers of cars.After researching a lot of literature,The contents of this thesis are as follows:1.This thesis introduces the theory of LFMCW systematically.Using mathematic model and signal processing algorithm,this thesis not only solves the objective function,but also gtes the optimum target information.Based on above analysis,the basis for the entire algorithm is finally obtained.2.This thesis designs relevant system parameters according to the 24 G LFMCW project application scenarios and consequently realizes the following algorithms: MTI,MTD,CFAR and multi-targets pairing.MTI bases on thrice cancellation structure and MTD bases on MTI+FFT structure.Besides,this thesis presents two CFAR models: CA-CFAR and GO-SO-CFAR.While CA-CFAR is applied on homogeneous clutter condition,GO-SO-CFAR is applied on different clutter condition.At last,this thesis presents two models of multi-targets pairing: multi-slope frequency domain matching method and MTD+frequency domain matching method.Although multi-slope frequency domain matching method can obtain good results,its realization is difficult in practical engineering.Firstly comparing the speed channel and then comparing the amplitude,MTD+frequency domain matching method is easy to realize.All the algorithms are validated in MATLAB simulation.3.All the algorithms mentioned in this thesis are realized on FPGA using Verilog language.
