With the continuous social progress and development, universal fitness and mass entertainment has become an essential element in people's lives. In recent years, sports TV entertainment screen began to hot, it provide a platform for mass entertainment, while also shouldering the national fitness, humanistic concern and other deep-level responsibilities. In this study we use the journalism, communications theory, as well as the ratings on the CCTV and other valuation metrics to do a comprehensive analyze regard to the introduction of Inter Cities television sports entertainment, development status and development prospects, we try to find the existence of problems and resolve them. Through the course of the study subjects, the audience will get a more comprehensive understanding "Inter Cities" in China and the localization process, to attach equal importance to truly public participation, humanities spirit and leisure entertainment. By the aid of the successful experience of "Inter Cities", it provides the feasibility solutions for China's sports TV entertainment program.This article synthesis utilization methods and so on literature search,expert interview, case analysis, have carried on comprehensive and system's analysis to the thesis, the main conclusion which the research obtains are:(1) "Inter Cities" created a precedent in China's sports TV entertainment programs. As China's first true meaning of sports TV entertainment programs, "Inter Cities" was a huge success by occupying for the peak ratings and successfully landed CCTV-1.(2) "Inter Cities" has an excellent production team, whether it is producer, editor or the moderator gave programming brings a new concept.(3)"Inter Cities" has a wide range of audience, in the original three versions of the foundation on which to launch ice version, school version to meet the needs of different audiences.(4)"Inter Cities", the successful experience supply other domestic sports TV entertainment programs a good reference for the role. "Cities" was a revision introduced from France, but the group has found a part of "cities" as the representative of the sports TV entertainment program development inherent laws, it is to go through the transformation of localization, it has fit for Chinese people's aesthetic characteristics and acceptance of psychology, public participation and leisure entertainment and really play a role in fitness.(5)"Inter Cities," the production team has a very strong sense of copyright, to be in line with international standards also retain the maximum extent possible of the core concept of the program.(6)"Inter Cities" plays an active role in raising image, it also strengthening the exchanges and cooperation between the cities.(7)At present, China's sports TV entertainment programs are various and mixed but seldom high class, mostly short-lived. Most part is identical, copy, almost no innovation.
